We tackled another re-creation taken from the wonderful Joy the Baker.  Obviously when you decide to make this you forgo any sense of healthy eating.  So don’t even bother with it.

This is one richly rich, fatty, drink.  Seriously.  We thought this would make a wonderful party drink, obviously not something to whip up on a whim.  Or maybe you could.  No one’s gonna stop you~

Home-cooking: Avocado Pound Cake a la Joy the Baker

Over the weekend I was finally able to meet up with J to bake the Avocado Pound Cake from a recipe J found from Joy the Baker‘s blog.  When he brought up the recipe/idea, I immediately said YES as I am a big, BIG fan of avocado.  I also invited G along for the ride as he’s a big avo-fan like me!  We were super excited to make it.
